Director of Operations

Jessica is a North Carolina native, who has lived in the Capital City area for the last 20 years. She has a passion for helping others and found social work to be the avenue to pursue this. After graduation, she began her professional career at Duke Raleigh Hospital as a case manager, focused primarily on the orthopedic unit. After a brief hiatus to focus on starting a family, Jessica is thrilled to return to the workforce, leveraging her academic background and professional experience to make a meaningful impact in the field.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Meredith College and a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also has her License of Clinical Social Work in the state of North Carolina. Her experience spans a variety of settings, where she has focused on improving patient care, enhancing operational efficiencies, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
As the Director of Operations, Jessica is committed to fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes both employee well-being and patient care. She strives to create systems that ensure accessibility, compassion, and excellence in all aspects of healthcare and mental health services.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica is a devoted wife to Cole, a proud mama to two sweet girls and a playful golden retriever. Jessica’s personal experiences as a mother and caregiver further fuel her passion for creating a nurturing and efficient healthcare system for individuals and families in need.
